We are not a real estate brokerage, a licensed real estate agent, a lender, or a legal advisor. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.
No guarantee of purchase
Submitting your information through our Site does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that any offer made will meet your expectations, or that a transaction will close. All offers are contingent on buyer review and due diligence.
Accuracy of information
You represent that the information you provide about your property and situation is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our platform.
